How long will my Artwork take to arrive?

We hope to send your art to you as quickly as possible. It will be posted using 2nd class post within 48 hours so dependant where you live you should get it quickly!

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide to all countries. But for delivery outside the UK we charge an extra fee of £7 for postage and packaging.

What if I don't receive my Artwork?

Depending on the delivery location art can take from 2 days to 1 month to arrive using Royal Mail. However within the UK if your artwork does not arrive within 2 weeks, then there is probably an issue, so please contact us for a full refund or re-delivery.

What if I don't like my Artwork?

The art we produce is displayed to the best of our abilities on the website, but often when it arrives the colours or size of your artwork may be different than how you expected. Please contact us with any questions if you are unsure about your purchase.

Our customer feedback so far is that usually the artwork is much better in person than from the images. But if you are unhappy with the artwork you buy then we offer a money back guarantee.

Can I use these images for Commercial use?

When you buy art from Dr. Nice you are buying the art for personal use. If you want to use artwork for commercial use, please request permission from the artist, because it may include an extra charge.

Who owns the copyright to sold artwork?

Copyrights of artwork produced by Dr. Nice remain with Dr. Nice unless otherwise stated. This means that the artwork may not be reproduced in any format without the permission of the artist. You may request a transfer of copyrights from us, please contact us if you would like to own the copyright to any of our artwork.
